But first let's talk about what makes this job hard:
- We are a young company and as a result there are a lot of systems and structures that we are still building. This is certainly a build-it-while-we-fly-it situation. If your not open to a little ambiguity and flexibility this might not be right for you.
- We are going to pair you up with lawn care CEOs and invite you to help them move to the next level personally and in their business success. Sometimes they are stubborn, the problems they are facing are hairy and their willingness to listen can be suspect.
- The way we structure the pay is in part performance based. We offer a base salary and then bonus based on performance. It means that if you do well we can reward you but also that at the top end of the salary there can be sometimes up and down.
- We are invited to solve problems in many areas for the business owners we serve. In a way we are part: CFO, CRO, COO, CPO, CTO. In short, we are asking you to be a fractional CEO.
- As we go we may ask you to help with some customer acquisition work. If your not a "salesy" person, don't worry we don't want you to be. The sales is really helping prospects feel confident with you as a coach.
- One of the programs you would facilitate is onsite with our clients, that means you may have to travel up to 20-25 days per year.

- Here are the 3 Core things you will be responsible for, we call them the Big 3:
- Providing a transformational coaching experience for your coaching clients.
- Measured by maintaining a high customer retention and satisfaction rating.
- Continue to grow your skills as a small business expert and coaching guru
- Measured by contributing to team trainings and developing new systems for supporting clients
- Support sales efforts and close leads as needed (Not lead generation)
- Measured by having a high closing rate of leads presented to you as a coach.
- Providing a transformational coaching experience for your coaching clients.
- Be a world-class coach or on your way to becoming one
- Have a background in small business (500K-10M), especially leadership positions
- Outstanding listening and problem solving skills
- Preferred:
- In-home, service business experience
- Ability to read financial numbers and QB Online experience
- Small business operational skills
- Automation
- Routing/Scheduling
- Leadership development background
