Your Role as a Lawn Fertilization Field Tech 

As a Lawn Fertilization Field Tech, you'll be the frontline of our mission to save lawns. You'll diagnose lawn health, plan and execute fertilization schedules, and interact directly with your clients. You'll be given autonomy to make critical decisions that affect lawn health and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For
  • Passion for outdoor work and a keen eye for detail.
  • ​Knowledge of lawn care and maintenance.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with clients.
  • Physical fitness to perform outdoor tasks.
  • A valid driver's license.
