Job Description:
As a Virtual Assistant, you will manage client communications, schedule appointments, and handle day-to-day administrative tasks. Your contribution will help us maintain our reputation as a responsive and customer-oriented company.
Responsibilities:
- Client Communication: Respond promptly to client inquiries via email, chat, and phone. Ensure all communications are handled professionally and efficiently.
- Appointment Scheduling: Manage calendars for multiple team members. Schedule meetings and appointments and manage reschedules and cancellations as needed.
- Social Media Management: Create and post engaging content on our social media platforms. Track engagement and feedback to help shape future content strategies.
- Website Content Updates: Maintain and update website content as directed, ensuring all information is current and accurately reflects our offerings and news.
- Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, file management, report preparation, and other tasks as needed to support team operations.
Requirements:
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using Microsoft/Google Office applications and social media platforms and familiar with basic website management tools.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with high attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a virtual assistant or similar role is preferred.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
